Gluten free living can be overwhelming at first. Dr. Elizabeth Bollinger will discuss gluten free living for patients with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. She will focus on navigating the grocery store, how to transition your entire family to a gluten-free lifestyle and how to prepare in advance for eating out. Meets the first Wednesday of each month.

If you are considering knee or hip replacement surgery, you and a loved one may want to attend the Total Joint Replacement Class even before a surgery date is set. Monthly classes are held to provide you with an opportunity to meet others electing to have knee or hip replacement surgery and to meet the team of health professionals at St. Elizabeth Hospital who will guide you through each step of the process from pre-admission to rehabilitation.

Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program
Orientation is Thursday , March 30, 2017 at 6:00pm
This exercise program can reduce pain and improve your overall health. It will help motivate you to get in great shape, help you walk safely and comfortably, and improve flexibility, strength and stamina. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease. Classes are one-hour each and meet three times per week for six weeks.
